We’ve been running Hiwassee extraction equipment here at Brow Farm as part of our move towards regenerative farming. This is equipment we’ve chosen to invest in and use ourselves — not just something we’ve picked up to resell.
It starts with the compost
If the compost isn’t right, nothing that follows will be.
We’ve built our own composting system on the farm to grow the biology we need — properly aerated, consistent, and designed with extraction in mind.
