1. Oatmeal Porridge

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, blend the oats until they form a fine powder.
  2. Add the milk, banana, frozen berries, honey, vanilla extract, and yogurt (if using) to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
