Oat Grain Recipes
1. Oatmeal Porridge
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups water
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: honey, maple syrup, fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, or dried fruit
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the oats and salt, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let it sit for a few minutes to thicken.
- Serve hot with your choice of toppings.
2. Oatmeal Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (or coconut oil)
- 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt

Instructions:
- In a blender, blend the oats until they form a fine powder.

- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:

- 1/2 cup yogurt (optional)
Instructions:
- In a blender, blend the oats until they form a fine powder.
- Add the milk, banana, frozen berries, honey, vanilla extract, and yogurt (if using) to the blender.
