Our whole grain millet is completely unprocessed and ready for crushing or grinding at home. Use it to create millet flour - a naturally gluten-free option that’s high in protein, essential amino acids, and dietary fibre.

Perfect for baking or blending into flour mixes for a nutritious, mildly sweet result.

Available in sizes from 500g to 10kg - larger quantities can be purchased in reusable storage buckets.

We also offer Millet Groats - dehulled and ideal for cooking in porridge, pilafs or salads, rather than milling.
