Please read all below about peachicks (Not available at the moment)
We are not able to deliver PEACHICKS. This is because they need to be kept warm and a same day service. You are welcome to collect them at a pre arranged time.
Peachicks may seem a cheep way to get some peafowl, but this is not always the case. They will need heat to keep them warm. Depending on the weather this could be for up to 12 weeks. Peachicks are not has hardy as chickens. They can’t stand drafts or getting wet so remember this if you are leaving them out in a pen and it rains and you are not there to get them inside. They will not know to do this themselves to start with. They are very susceptible to illness and disease. This means you have a very short time to treat them if they become ill or you’ll lose them. Peachicks can not be sexed 100% correctly so you have to take pot luck with what you get. You’ll have 3 years to wait for your chicks to get their first full tail, but only two years till the hens lay their first eggs.
