We make a start sowing our first field of Spring Milling Wheat of the year.

We finally made start on the first field of spring barley. The grain was coming off at around 18%

Harvesting did not last to long we got around 4 hectare's cut then the heavens opened. We had to wait till the combines were back at the yard before the rain eased to let us unload the combine grain tanks. I hope this is not a taste of what is in store for the rest of the harvest time. When I typed this I kept getting flash backs to last year.
